Hazel
Hazel, with 35 years of experience as a nurse, is the heart of Crindle's commitment to safety and well-being. Her expertise in nursing and mental health has shaped the approach we take to both our horses and riders. Hazel believes in the importance of allowing young horses to grow up without stress, ensuring they are treated with patience and care. This philosophy extends to the way we train and care for our horses, prioritising their physical and mental health at every stage of their development.

Her background has made her an invaluable part of Crindle, ensuring that every experience is not only safe but also thoughtful and holistic. Hazel has created a safe space where horses are not rushed or overworked, allowing them to mature in a way that respects their well-being. Her focus on mental health is just as important for our horses as it is for our riders, and it is this compassionate approach that makes our experiences at Crindle so unique.

Amy
Amy, who holds a PGCE and has a background in education and organisation, is the driving force behind the structure and seamless running of Crindle Bespoke Equestrian. Having a disability herself, Amy knows firsthand how important it is to design experiences that are inclusive and accessible for all. This personal understanding led her to create tailored, premium equestrian experiences in Ireland that cater to individuals, regardless of their riding experience. Whether you are a seasoned rider or have never sat on a horse, Amy’s mission was clear: to make horseback riding adventures accessible to everyone. She saw a gap in the market for such high-quality experiences in Ireland, and Crindle was born from her vision.

Meet Hannah
Hannah is the professional showjumper of the family, having been immersed in the world of horses since she was just six years old. Her lifelong passion for riding has taken her all over the globe, training in the USA, Belgium, and Germany, and competing at the highest levels. She has even had the honour of riding for the Irish International Team in Germany, jumping up to 1.50 meters.

Hannah’s impressive skill set and deep understanding of horses have been essential in training the horses here at Crindle. Her expertise ensures that our horses are well-prepared and adaptable to every rider's needs, whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider. Hannah is also the one who guests have the pleasure of riding with, though as an active competitor, she can't always be there—she’s often off competing herself!

Her presence, knowledge, and dedication to horsemanship are key parts of what makes the Crindle experience so special. Hannah’s commitment to excellence and her passion for training our horses ensure that every guest feels supported, confident, and ready to take on their own equestrian adventure.

Meet Trevor and James
Trevor and James are the dedicated men behind the scenes, ensuring that our horses are healthy, happy, and well-cared for year-round. In the winter months, they make sure the horses are well-bedded, fed, and turned out, ensuring they’re comfortable and content. During the summer, when the horses are in the paddocks, they work tirelessly to make haylage every year, ensuring the horses always have the best quality food.

Beyond caring for the horses, Trevor and James also take pride in maintaining the farm and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Whether it's keeping the stables in top shape or ensuring the equipment is working properly, their attention to detail makes everything run seamlessly. They're also the best drivers to take our guests to the beach, always ensuring a safe and enjoyable journey. Their hard work and dedication are a vital part of Crindle’s success, and we're lucky to have them as part of the team.
